The staff here was super nice and went out of their way to help us. the room was fancy and had a really cool design. Plus, it's so convenient being close to all the shops, restaurants, and boutiques 🏙️.

I felt at home in this stunningly beautiful and absolutely fabulous hotel. I had new-fashioned and spacious room complete with earplugs and an outdoor bathtub, for instance. The stuff was attentive and very-very nice.

This hotel is a hidden gem right in the center of San Miguel. The location couldn't be better, as it's just down a pedestrian-only road from the main church and so close to the main plaza. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The rooms were well-appointed and even had earplugs provided, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast included a variety of options, from delicious French pastries to traditional Mexican dishes, which was a great way to start the day.

No improvement needed, everything was perfect.

Everything was great during 7 days, appreciated its marvelous location just next door to the center and boutiques, and there was a variety of food for breakfast which was great.
